Day 5 Thimphu to Genekha, 14 km trail, alt. 2800m (Trek begins) Day 6 Genekha to Gur, 5 km trail, alt. 3350m Day 7 Gur to Labatama, 12 km trail, alt. 4300m Week 2 Day 8 Labatama to Panka, 8 km trail, alt. 4000m Day 9 Panka to Talakha, 8 km trail, alt. 3080m Day10 Talakha to Simtokha, 3 km trail, alt. 2320m (Trek ends) Drive to Thimphu for lunch.
