Day 2 Sightseeing of the Paro valley. Overnight at Hotel. Day 3 Excursion to Taktshang Monastery in the morning. Afternoon drive to Thimphu. Overnight at Hotel. Day 4 Thimphu valley sightseeing. Overnight at Hotel. Day 5 Thimphu to Shong Pang, 4-5hrs walk (Trek begins) Day 6 Shong Pang to Dopshingpang, cross Sinchula pass at 3490m. One can have a view of Phadjoding Monastery on a clear day. Day 7 Dopshingpang to Chorten Ningpo, alt. 2700m. Pass through villages and ricefields. Week 2 Day 8 Chorten Ningpo to Zamlingthang, 2-3hrs walk. Evening at leisure. Day 9 Zamlingthang to Limukha, alt. 2250m. On route view Punakha valley. Day10 Limukha to Chungsakha/Wangdi (Trek ends) Overnight at Hotel. Day 11 Morning sightseeing of the Punakha and Wangdi valleys. Afternoon drive to Paro valley. Overnight at Hotel.
