Itinerary: Paro - Lhuentse - Paro
Day 1: Paro-Thimphu
Arrival Paro. Received by your Expeditions Team. Visit Paro Dzong which now houses the office of the district administration and the district monk body. Lunch in restaurant in Paro town. After lunch transfer to Thimphu. Evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Thimphu - Punakha
Morning bike to Punakha over Dochula Pass (3100 m). The pass is marked by huge stupa and 108 Druk Wangyel Choetens. On clear days it offer magnificent views of the Bhutanese Himalayas. Tea-Stop at the pass. Resume your journey to Punakha through forests of oak, rhododendron and pine trees. Check in and lunch at the hotel. After lunch visit Punakha Dzong. Evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Punakha - Jakar (Bumthang)
After breakfast ride to Jakar crossing Pelela Pass (3400 m). Lunch on route at Chendebji. After lunch resume your journey to Jakar (Bumthang). Timing permitting visit Trongsa Dzong. Then continueto Jakar crossing Yotongla Pass (3425 m). Overnight at Guest House.

Day 4: Jakar - Mongar
After breakfast ride to Mongar crossing first Shertangla Pass (3573 m) to reach Ura valley. 85 km from Jakar Thrumshingla Pass (3750 m) marks the border to Mongar Dzongkhag.
Pack lunch will be served on route. Evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Mongar - Lhuentse - Mongar
After early breakfast ride to Lhuentse and on to further north of Lhuentse Dzong. Pack lunch will be served on route. After lunch return to Mongarfor overnight.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Day 6: Mongar - Jakar (Bumthang)
After breakfast visit Mongar Dzong. Then resume your return journey to Jakar (Bumthang) crossing Thrumshingla Pass (3750 m) and Shertang Pass (3573 m) .
Lunch will be served on route. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Guest House.

Day 7: Jakar (Bumthang) - Tharpaling Monastery - Jakar
After breakfast bike to Tharpaling Monastery. It offers great views of the Gyatsa and surrounding villages. Lunch at the guest house. After lunch visit Jambay Lhakhang, Kurjey Lhakhang and Jakar Dzong. Evening at leisure.
Dinner and overnight at Guest House.

Day 8: Jakar - Punakha
After breakfast bike to Punakha crossing Pelela Pass (3400 m). Lunch on route at Chendebji. After lunch resume your journey to Punakha.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Punakha (Day excursion)
Free time - bike towards Tashithang and Damji road along the Mo Chu river. Visit Nobgang Monastery.
Lunch at restaurant in town. After lunch at leisure.

Day 10: Punakha - Thimphu
Morning visit the Wangdidzong in Wangdue Phodrang or river rafting on the Pho Chu near Punakha. Lunch at restaurant in town. Afternoon drive to Thimphu over Dochula Pass (3100 m).
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Thimphu - Paro
Visit Thimphu and its surroundings (e.g. Telecom tower, Denchencholing, Begana, Takin Preserve Motithang, Tashichhodzong.
Lunch in restaurant in town. After lunch drive to Paro. Evening stroll around Paro Town.
Farewell dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Paro
After breakfast you will drive to Paro International Airport for your onward destination. Your Expeditions Team will assist you with check in formalities and bid you farewell.
