July 2005 Dolakha: Charging and robbing

Maoist rebels have robbed money and personnel equipment after from two visitors ,a Nepal and a Japanese national, of the Alampu slate mine in Dolakha district. After charging them their revolutionary tax, the Maoists robbed the visitor's belongings.
